Standard cranes: 30-45 days production + 25-45 days sea freight = 60-90 days door-to-door. Express production (extra 15-20%) compresses production to 20 days. For Rússia overland via Khorgos: production 30 days + transit 25-35 days. For África CIF: tipicamente 50-70 days at sea after factory release.

Both. We are a China-based industrial crane exporter & supplier with no MOQ. Single-unit sample orders are welcome — many of our long-term clients started with one crane to evaluate quality. Bulk orders (5+ units) qualify for project pricing.

Yes. After the inquiry confirms basic specs, our engineer at the primary manufacturing partner (Hefei Chunhua Hoisting Machinery) issues a 2D general arrangement drawing within 48 hours, free of charge. Detailed shop drawings are released after the 30% deposit.

Yes. We routinely fill EPC/government tender RFQ tables (load chart, duty class A3-A8, electrical schematic, hook approach dimensions). Enviar the tender package — we respond with a sealed technical proposal within 5 working days.

Industrial crane pricing depends on span, lifting height, capacity, control system, certification level (CE/CCC/EAC/SONCAP) and destination country. Even the same QD20 overhead crane can vary USD 5,000-20,000 depending on these factors. As an exporter we quote within 4 hours of receiving the full specification — listing one price would mislead buyers.

Direct-from-Hefei pricing is tipicamente 30-50% below comparable Konecranes / Demag / SWF / ABUS spec for the same FEM duty class. Components: structural steel Q345B/Q235B per GB/T 700, Schneider / Siemens / Chint electrics on request, SEW or Nord gearmotors, Demag-licensed wheel blocks available for premium tier.

Yes. 2-3 units of the same model: ~5% discount. 5+ units: 8-12%. 10+ units: project pricing — request a custom quote. Multi-model bulk orders (e.g. 3 overhead + 2 gantry) bundle into one freight booking and reduce per-unit shipping cost by 15-25%.

30% T/T deposit at order confirmation, 70% T/T balance against B/L copy before shipment release. L/C at sight (advised by Bank of China Hefei branch) accepted for orders above USD 50,000. PayPal accepted for sample/spare-parts orders under USD 5,000. Western Union available. We do NOT accept USDT or other cryptocurrencies.

USD (default), EUR, CNY, RUB on request. For Russia-bound orders RUB invoicing via our partner bank is supported under EAEU trade rules.

FOB Shanghai / Ningbo / Tianjin / Guangzhou-Nansha (default). CFR (most popular for African / Oriente Médio buyers). CIF (we add 110% marine insurance). DDP available for US / EU under 40ft container — adds 8-15% to project cost but eliminates buyer customs hassle. Khorgos overland for Central Asia.

Pórtico cranes with span >12m ship as carga solta / out-of-gauge cargo: main beams in flat racks, end carriages + trolley + hoists in 40HQ containers. Sea freight cost ~20-40% higher than fully containerised shipping but unavoidable for large structures. We book directly with COSCO / OOCL / CMA-CGM / Maersk.

Eight origin ports: Shanghai (default), Ningbo, Guangzhou-Nansha, Shenzhen-Yantian, Tianjin-Xingang, Dalian, Qingdao, and Khorgos (overland). Choice depends on destination — Tianjin for Rússia, Shanghai/Ningbo for global, Guangzhou for Africa/SE Asia, Khorgos for Cazaquistão / Uzbequistão.

Yes (CIF / DDP terms). We arrange 110% CIF value cover with PICC China — All Risks + War Risk clause for Oriente Médio / West África routes. Claim ratio on our 8 years of export shipments: under 1.2%.

Yes (optional). Two engineers, 7-14 days on-site. Buyer covers round-trip airfare + accommodation + USD 200/day per engineer + visa support. Alternative: detailed assembly drawings + remote video guidance (Zoom / WeChat / WhatsApp video) — free of charge.

Yes — included when our engineers are on-site. Operator + maintenance training, 2-3 days. We provide multi-language operator manuals (English / Spanish / Russo / Portuguese / Arabic / Indonesian). Training videos are also delivered on USB drive at shipment.

Yes — single-girder ≤10T cranes are routinely installed by local riggers using our assembly drawings + video guidance. For double-girder 20T+ cranes we strongly recommend at least one of our supervising engineers on-site (FEM duty class A5+ requires precise track alignment and load-test calibration).

12 months from commissioning or 14 months from shipment (whichever is earlier). Covers manufacturing defects, electrical components, motors, gearboxes. Excludes wear parts (brake pads, wire ropes, hooks) and operator-error damage. Free replacement parts (excluding freight) during warranty period.

WhatsApp / email support 24/7 (sales-engineer rotation across CN/RU/AR/EN time zones). Remote diagnostics for electrical / VFD / control issues via video call. Spare parts shipped within 5 working days after order — common parts kept in Hefei stock. Maintenance contracts available for buyers with 3+ units.

Limited support. We can supply compatible motors, VFDs, brakes, wire ropes and standard wheel blocks for most Chinese-spec cranes (Henan / Anhui / Shandong belt). Enviar the nameplate photo + spec — our parts manager confirms within 24 hours.

Yes — CE marking with EC Declaration of Conformity available por projeto (not included in base price; adds USD 800-1,500). We provide Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC technical file + DIN / FEM design calculation report. Notified-body audit available on request for safety-critical applications.

CCC certification available; adds USD 400-800 + 15-day lead time. Required for some Belt-and-Road project tenders where local-content rules apply.

Yes. We handle TR CU 010/2011 "Safety of Machinery" and TR CU 020/2011 "Electromagnetic compatibility" — EAC declaration takes 30-45 days, cost USD 1,200-2,500 depending on scope. SBKTS (vehicle conformity, when applicable) is supported via our Moscow-based partner. Russian-language operator manual + dataasheet included.

Yes. GCC Conformity Certificate (G-Mark) prepared via accredited testing lab — typical cost USD 1,000-2,000, lead time 20-30 days. SASO / SABER (Arábia Saudita) supported for shipments to KSA — we handle CoC issuance.

Yes. SONCAP (Standards Organization of Nigéria Conformity Assessment Programme) — we coordinate with Intertek / SGS / Cotecna for pre-shipment inspection. PC issued in 7-10 days, SC at port. KEBS PVoC (Quênia) handled via SGS / Bureau Veritas. SIIC (Côte d'Ivoire) and PROVOC (Tanzânia) also supported.

GB/T 3811 (Chinese crane design code) baseline + customer-specified FEM 1.001 / DIN 15018 / ISO 4301 / CMAA #70 design verification on request. Welding to GB/T 985 / ISO 5817. Steel grade Q345B / Q235B per GB/T 700 — equivalent to S275JR / S355JR per EN 10025-2.
