Incoterms supported: FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CFR Mombasa, CIF, and DDP (available for most container shipments). Standard documents included: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Certificate of Origin (Form A), assembly drawings, electrical wiring, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) report.

Customer support in english/swahili. Compatible with local installation standards on request. CE / CCC / SGS third-party inspection available per project.
