Technical Configuration

The standard configuration is a double-girder, top-running bridge crane, with a welded box-section main beam reinforced for high-cycle fatigue. The hoist mechanism is a dedicated metallurgical winch with a heat-resistant wire rope drum and a specially designed hook block that minimizes heat transfer to the wire rope. All electrical components are selected for high-temperature and dust resistance, with optional Schneider or Siemens drives, PLCs, and control panels for global compatibility. Control modes include a fully insulated cabin with air conditioning and heat-shielded glass, a radio remote control with dual-speed or variable-frequency drive (VFD) for precise inching, and a pendant station for local operation. Standard safety devices include overload limiters, dual braking systems on both hoist and trolley, emergency stop, travel limit switches, anti-collision buffers, and a load moment indicator. Optional features include a secondary thermal barrier on the trolley, a water-cooled motor for the main hoist, a closed-circuit camera system for the cabin operator, and a centralized lubrication system for reduced maintenance.
