Capacities typically range from 1 ton to 100 tons, with spans configured for single-girder or double-girder bridge cranes, monorail systems, or fixed-base applications. Lifting heights are engineered per facility layout, from standard 6-meter configurations to custom heights exceeding 30 meters. The hoist structure utilizes a compact CD or MD wire rope design, offering both single-speed and dual-speed lifting options for precise load control. The electrical system is built around industry-standard components, with Schneider or Siemens contactors, relays, and frequency inverters available as optional upgrades to match existing plant electrical infrastructure. Control modes include cabin operation with ergonomic joystick panels, radio remote control with emergency stop, and pendant station control, all configurable for multi-speed or variable-frequency operation. Safety devices are integrated as standard: overload limiters, upper and lower travel limit switches, emergency stop circuits, and brake monitoring systems. Optional features include heat-resistant hoist ropes for molten metal environments, IP55 or higher enclosure ratings, corrosion-resistant paint systems, and auxiliary cross-travel drives for precise positioning. The hoist complies with GB/T 3811 and GB/T 14405 crane design standards, with FEM 9.511 or DIN 15018 compliance available upon request.
