The main trolley travel and cross-travel drives are powered by frequency-controlled motors for smooth acceleration and deceleration. For electrical components, buyers may select standard Chinese-made parts or upgrade to premium Schneider or Siemens components for enhanced reliability and international compliance. Control options include a fully enclosed cabin with ergonomic seating and HVAC, a wireless radio remote control with a range of up to 100 meters, or a low-voltage pendant station. Safety systems are comprehensive: each crane includes overload limiters, emergency stop circuits, dual mechanical brakes on each hoist, buffer stops on the end carriages, and anti-collision devices for the two hoists.
